CedarShore and SugarMaple are newly constructed apartments in our families Office Building on Route 102 at the entrance to Smuggler's Den. Our family businesses offices are upstairs. We designed these apartments to feel open and cheerful (think of the show Fixer Upper) with distressed white wood flooring, shiplap style accent walls and black fixtures.
These rentals have adjoining doors and adjoining barn doors on the screen porches. Both rentals have large screen porches with furniture and decks with a gas grill, gas fireplace and outdoor furniture.

With 1 full bedroom and hide-a-bed sofa, our CedarShore Vacation Rental accommodates up to 4 guests. Get out and enjoy Acadia with everything you need to sit back, relax, and recuperate. All you need to bring is food, bedding, linens, and towels, and we will take care of the rest!

Vacation Rentals Policies
- We suggest reservations for Vacation Rentals for the entire season.
- Rates include 4 people and 1 vehicle.
- Additional vehicles are $5.00 per vehicle per night.
- A maximum of 4 people per Vacation Rental.
- Minimum Stay In Season/Peak Season: Saturday to Saturday Weekly stay.
- Minimum Stay Off Season: 3-Nights.
- Vacation Rental reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full.
- Vacation Rentals are pet-friendly (2 max), but pets may not be left alone in the Rental.
- Check In is 3pm or after. If checking in after dark, please be considerate of your neighbors by not shining your headlights at their sites or by unnecessary repetitive car door slamming, pots and pan clattering, loud voices, etc. Quiet Hours begin at 10pm. After 10pm - no radios or air compressors (to blow up air mattress).
- Check Out is 10am or prior. We appreciate you bringing the office the key as you depart. Or if you are leaving before the office opens, please drop your keys off in the drop box outside the campground office door.
Bedding/Towels are NOT INCLUDED
Camp Cabins, RV Rentals or Vacation Rentals.
- Arrival OVER 30 days require a 50% non refundable credit card payment to reserve.
- Final Payment is 30 days (or 4 Saturdays) prior to your arrival date we charge the remaining balance to your credit card – non refundable.
- Vacation Rental reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full with a credit card – non refundable.
- Non Refundable – All Sales are final.
- No Rain Checks for Vacation Rentals
- If your plans change and you need to adjust your arrival date, you must call to inform us via email or phone call and be sure to leave a message. If we do not hear from you by 10am the day after your arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in full.
