Campground Policies

• We strongly suggest reservations in July and August for Tent, Group and Water & Electric sites.
• We suggest reservations for Full Hook-up sites for the entire season.
• Rates include 4 people over the age of 5 and 1 vehicle.
  • Additional people over the age of 5 are $8.00 per person per night.
  • Additional vehicles are $5.00 per vehicle per night.
• Children 5 and under are free.
• A maximum of 8 people per site.
• 1-Night Reservation please call.
• 2-Night Minimum to reserve for Non-Holidays.
• 3-Night Minimum to reserve over Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend and Columbus Day Weekend.
• First-time customers may reserve for up to 14 days.
• Returning customers may call to reserve for over 14 days. Cancellation policy is written at the time of booking for extended stay reservations.
• Check In is 3pm or after. If checking in after dark, please be considerate of your neighbors by not shining your headlights at their sites or by unnecessary repetitive car door slamming, pots and pan clattering, loud voices, etc. Quiet Hours begin at 10pm. After 10pm - no radios or air compressors (to blow up air mattress).
• Check Out is 11am or prior. We appreciate you letting us know at the office as you depart.

• Minimum Stay In Season/Peak Season Deluxe and Rustic Cabins: Saturday to Saturday Weekly stay.
• Minimum Stay off Season for Rustic Cabins: 2-Nights
• Minimum Stay Off Season for Deluxe Cabins: 3-Nights
• Cabin reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full.
• Cabins are pet-friendly (2 max), but pets may not be left alone in the cabin.
• Check In is 3pm or after. If checking in after dark, please be considerate of your neighbors by not shining your headlights at their sites or by unnecessary repetitive car door slamming, pots and pan clattering, loud voices, etc. Quiet Hours begin at 10pm. After 10pm - no radios or air compressors (to blow up air mattress).
• Check Out is 10am or prior. We appreciate you bringing the office the key as you depart. Or if you are leaving before the office opens, please drop your keys off in the drop box outside the campground office door.

• Arrival OVER 7 days, 50% deposit to reserve and final payment is charged to your credit card on file 5 week-days prior to arrival.
• Arrival LESS than 7 days, Pay In Full and Non Refundable.

• Arrival OVER 30 days require a 50% non refundable credit card payment to reserve.
• Final Payment is 30 days (or 4 Saturdays) prior to your arrival date we charge the remaining balance to your credit card – non refundable.
• Cabin reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full with a credit card – non refundable.

  • Option #1: Receive a refund for 50% of your deposit to the credit card we charged.
  • Option #2: Receive a Rain Check for 100% of your deposit. Rain Checks do not expire but cannot be used as a deposit toward future reservations. * See Rain Check Policy for full details.
• After June 1st
  • There are no refunds.
  • Upon request we will issue a Rain Check for your deposit amount so long as your arrival date is not within 7 days.
  • If your arrival date is in 7 days or less, there are no Rain Checks.
• If your plans change and you need to adjust your arrival date, you must call to inform us via email or phone call and be sure to leave a message. If we do not hear from you by 10am the day after your arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in full.

• Non Refundable – All Sales are final.
• No Rain Checks for Camp Cabins

There are No Rain Checks Issued for Rentals.

• DO NOT EXPIRE.
• Rain Checks are nontransferable.
• Rain Checks cannot be used as a deposit.
• Please keep your Rain Check # for your records in order to apply it to future reservations.
• We will email you this information for your records.
• Please call rather than go online to make your reservation so we can make note of your Rain Check.

• Prior to arrival, you will need to accept our Terms and Conditions by clicking the “Finish Required Documents” button in your confirmation email sent from confirmation@camplife.com and be paid in full.
• Once you are on site the day of your arrival, click the “I’m here. Check me in!” button in your confirmation email to check yourself in!
• You will be sent confirmation emails when you reserve, 10 days prior to arrival, 5 business days prior to arrival when your balance is auto-charged and again 1 day prior to arrival.
