Den is a family campground with 100 sites, mostly wooded and some more open with shade. |

We offer sites that include 50/30/20 amp with water and sewer for RV’s and large popups, 30/20 amp with water and sewer for popups and tents as well as wooded sites without hookups for tents. Free hot showers and RV dump station are complementary for our
guests. We can fill LP gas cylinders and at our office you can buy
fire wood, basic groceries, soda, snacks and live lobsters. |

The Worcester family began Smuggler's Den Campground in 1969 and continues to operate it today. Our goal then and now is to provide our customers with a comfortable and relaxed camping experience on the quiet side of Mount Desert Island. |
